HS/OS and special quota eligibility are tied to state code of eligibility, not domicile or current residence.

Which rank is used for comparison?

OPEN rows use CRL, PwD rows use category-PwD rank, and other reserved rows use category rank.

Why can a row show different final rounds by year?

The engine uses FINAL_ROUND per year and system (IIT vs NIT/IIIT/GFTI), based on rounds present in official data.

What does the review screen check?
