Freeze-the-campus

Allow upgrades only inside the same campus and opt out of other campuses.

When to use

Only if the decision matches your long-term intent and you accept missing higher alternatives.

Critical traps

  • Freeze cannot be undone in later iterations.
  • Freeze-the-campus permanently opts you out of higher preferences at other campuses.
  • Do not choose either option due to panic or rumor.
